Start your day with an irresistible “Metropolis Espresso” coffee blend. Since 2017, the company has been marketing its brand of espresso coffee – Metropolis espresso coffee, in cooperation with the roastery in Gorizia ( Italy). We carefully select those magical grains that give us energy and motivation for each new day. We choose only the best ratio of high quality Arabica and Robusta perfect for everyone’s taste.

Apart from the perfect coffee beans as well as top-quality machines and grinders, the most important is our barista who carefully prepares a cup of coffee just for you.

A complete rapsody of taste for each of our guests. “Metropolis Sweet World“ is something that we are particularly proud of. Allow us to spoil you with sweet temptation!

The quality is guaranteed by top pastry chefs, who have been part of our team for many years. All desserts are handmade using only carefully selected high quality natural ingredients, local and international origin.

For many years, our cakes and desserts have been known as a combination of tradition and modern confectionary trends.

Also for past 3 year we started to create Italian style Gelato from scratch. Handmade, 100% natural Gelato, prepared without additives or artificial flavours or colours, using only the carefully curated best ingredients from around the world. Metropolis Sorbe is made from seasonal fresh fruit and all flavors are Lactose free.

METROPOLIS KITCHEN

Metropolis kitchen offers you the best types of food from all over the world made out of localy grown ingredients.

We offer international food, divided by categories : Breakfast, Sandwiches, Pizza/Pasta, Burgers/Tortillas, Salads/Soups, Asian food, Specialties.

All Metropolis Restaurants are supplied with freshly prepared semi-finished and finished products from the centralized production facility and distribution center. In this way, the preparation of dishes is simplified and the productivity of the chefs is maximized.

All dishes are served simply and quickly, because already prepared ingredients are used for preparation.

NAPOLETAN STYLE PIZZA

From 2021, in cooperation with top pizza makers from Italy, we offer our guests original Neapolitan pizza.

The official requirement for an authentic Neapolitan pizza starts with the crust. For the original Neapolitan dough, we use high protein type 0 or 00 wheat flour.

A high percentage of water, a small percentage of yeast and long aging make this dough

incredibly “light”. The dough is topped with raw, pureed San Marzano tomatoes, and juicy “Fior Di Latte”, mozzarela balls.

Finally, the Neapolitan Pizza is topped with fresh basil and extra

virgin olive oil.

METROPOLIS PASTA

Our pasta is homemade !

It’s made from semolina and it’s one of our signature dishes since 2014.! Wheat with a high content of proteins and vitamins, and the most delicious carbs, and of course there are eggs from local farms, and

the hands of our hardworking employees in combination with top equipment.
